Went to the periodontist today. I have an infected tooth that needs to come out. Then I need to have a bone graph done before I can either get an implant or bridge. My share of all this joy -- not including the bridge or implant -- will cost $500.
Then, once I'm healed, next summer I'll be getting two more bone graphs for another $1,000 out of pocket.
Ouch...
Hey, but I did get a check for the booming business yesterday, so I'm putting $438.78 toward the challenge. The new total is $13,338.23.

And I just bought supplemental dental insurance because, well, it has to be done.
I had the bone grafts done three years ago, and they seemed to have helped.
