I have been dealing with a problem tooth for a while now. Lately it has been getting worse, so I'm slowly accepting the fact that I will probably need to get it pulled and have an implant put in. I'm trying to hold off until our new dental insurance kicks in this summer, but today I've been popping aspirin like candy to deal with the pain so I might give in and call the dentist in the morning.

I don't know which pain is worse -- the pain in my mouth or the anticipated pain in my checkbook....
